🇦🇺 Australia Field Internship Program (In-depth Version)
Oceanrise Advisory Australia Field Internship Program is designed for international students who want to accumulate real workplace experience in Australia, explore long-term career paths and future immigration directions. Different from the traditional "intermediary internship matching", this project is led by a team of corporate human resources experts. Starting from the ability training, with a rigorous training system and selected corporate resources, a closed-loop path of "ability-internship-endorsement-employment/immigration" is constructed.

The pre-internship training system is jointly created by former recruitment managers from EY, Unilever, PwC, Westpac and other companies. The content not only covers resumes and interviews, but also focuses on job competency improvement, cross-cultural workplace communication, and workplace soft skills assessment to ensure that students enter the Australian workplace with a stronger attitude.

Project advantages
Strongly related to the Australian immigration path
internship certificates and letters of recommendation can be used for immigration visas such as 485 extensions and employer guarantee supporting materials
Training-based, delivery-assisted
Unlike platforms that only do job matching, Oceanrise's core value is "capacity training + practical review"
Internship mentors are actually on the job
Most internship company leaders are mainstream Australian workplace practitioners, who can assist in subsequent networking or recommendation
Projects can be cyclically connected
Students can choose to participate in subsequent full-time job search projects to achieve a smooth transition from internship to employment
Australian Data Analysis / Business Analysis Elite Program (BA/DA Elite Program)

The course integrates four modules: software skills certification + real case training + field internship + internal recommendation. It is one of the data job search programs that is currently closest to the employment standards of famous Australian companies.

The project is designed by technical supervisors and mentors from companies such as EY, JP Morgan, and Infrastructure NSW.
